PACUBAS GENERAL SERVICES, INC. (PGSI) traces its roots to September 21, 1968, when it began as a small janitorial services contractor with only three (3) janitors. Through continuous progress, focus, dedication, hard work, and consistent service quality, the company grew rapidly and eventually transitioned from a sole proprietorship into a full-fledged corporation.

For over 50 years, PGSI has been a trusted and a leader in manpower solutions for building, and property maintenance services across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Today, we proudly employ approximately 2,000 personnel, all trained, vetted, and dedicated to meeting the high expectations of our valued clients.
